Darwinex Zero Boosters are capital allocations you can purchase and apply to your DARWIN for a period you choose, giving you an immediate or performance-based capital injection without depositing any of your own money.
They sit alongside the platform’s DarwinIA seed capital competitions and work independently of them, so you can add firepower to your DARWIN at any point in your journey.
What Are Darwinex Zero Boosters?
A Booster is a temporary, capital allocation that Darwinex Zero invests in your DARWIN, your personal investable index, for a set length of time. The capital is notional, so you are not risking your own funds, yet you still earn 15% of the profits your DARWIN generates with it.
Applied directly to your DARWIN
The allocation is made into your DARWIN rather than your underlying trading account. The DARWIN is the index investors see and the metric that drives your capital allocation.
Independent of DarwinIA
Boosters are separate from DarwinIA SILVER and GOLD allocations, which run monthly and range from €30,000 to €375,000 in SILVER and from €50,000 to €500,000 in GOLD. Buying a Booster does not affect your DarwinIA participation, and DarwinIA allocations do not affect your Boosters.
Immediate or performance-based
You can choose a Booster that is applied the moment you buy it, or one that activates once your DARWIN reaches a chosen return target.
Darwinex Zero Booster Sizes and Durations
Boosters come in four allocation sizes and four durations, so you can match the amount and the length to your strategy.

On immediate Boosters, the capital is allocated to your DARWIN from the moment of purchase. Longer durations cost more, and shorter durations cost less.
Instant and Performance-Based Boosters
There are two ways to buy a Booster, which changes when the capital is applied and how much you pay.
Instant Boosters
The notional capital is added to your DARWIN immediately on purchase, with no return target attached. This suits traders who want capital working straight away.
Performance-based Boosters
These carry a return target of 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20%. The allocation is granted once your DARWIN achieves the selected target return, measured from the DARWIN’s quote at the moment of purchase. There is no time limit to reach the target.

The €25,000 Booster is offered on an instant basis only. As a general rule, a higher target return lowers the price, while a longer duration raises it.

Performance Fees on Boosters
Boosters let you earn real income on virtual capital. You receive 15% of the profits generated on the notional allocation, based on your DARWIN’s performance.
Independent high-water mark
Each Booster you buy has its own independent high-water mark, so fees are calculated separately for each allocation. Booster allocations do not have a high-water mark reset.
Payment frequency
How often you are paid depends on your settings. With a quarterly high-water mark, you receive 15% of the profits generated over each three-month period, provided your DARWIN exceeds the high-water mark set at allocation. With a monthly high-water mark, the same 15% is paid each month on the same basis.

How Many Boosters Can You Hold at Once
You can hold up to €500,000 in Booster capital at the same time, counting both active Boosters and any that are pending a return target. Once a Booster expires, the capacity frees up and you can purchase more.
This lets you stack and combine Boosters to build a capital mix that fits your strategy, scaling progressively rather than all at once.
What Happens When a Booster Expires
When a Booster’s term ends, the notional capital is removed from your DARWIN. Any performance fees you earned during the Booster period are yours to keep.

- Trade through the calibration stage so your DARWIN is created, completing 25 risk-equivalent trading decisions over at least 15 trading days, with no return target to hit.
- Open the allocations area of your Darwinex Zero profile.
- Choose your Booster type, either instant or performance-based.
- Select your allocation size and duration.
- Complete your purchase, after which the capital is applied immediately, or once your target return is reached.
